Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on clients looking for support with mood disorders, anxiety, and emotional challenges. All clients are pre-screened to ensure they are stable adults with lower acuity needs, facilitating a working relationship that emphasizes personal growth and recovery. By leveraging telehealth services, you will reach individuals who may have previously struggled to access traditional therapy services due to location, mobility, or stigma.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience, particularly in managing mood disorders.
