Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client assessments, utilizing structured interviews and standardized tools to identify mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy services, including individual, group, and family therapy, adjusting therapeutic techniques based on client responses and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) .

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
