Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients to develop effective and individualized treatment plans based on their specific needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and conduct family, marriage, and group counseling sessions, depending on your expertise and the client's needs.

• Document client progress and treatment modifications accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems, adhering to compliance and confidentiality standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily serve adolescents and their families facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, promoting inclusivity and understanding as you provide individualized support designed to empower them and foster resilience. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in an appropriate mental health field.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, and a proven ability to apply counseling skills effectively within a clinical setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in mental health counseling, particularly with populations facing mental and behavioral health challenges.

• Experience with co-occurring disorders treatment, individual and group therapy, as well as substance abuse treatment is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with current principles, practices, and trends in mental health and family counseling is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
