Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs. You will use validated tools to ensure accurate diagnoses and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide a wide range of therapeutic services, including individual and group therapy, utilizing diverse therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices, depending on client requirements.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic and coordinated care, ensuring all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Manage crisis situations by providing immediate support and intervention for clients in acute distress. Your skills will be vital in navigating emergency scenarios and implementing safety plans.

Qualifications\n

• An active and independent licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is mandatory.

• A completed master’s degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
