This role plays a critical part in addressing the acute mental health challenges faced by adolescents and young adults, including issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitating group therapy sessions, with a maximum group size of eight, to foster meaningful dialogue and peer support.
\n
• Providing individualized counseling sessions for clients and their families to explore concerns and strategies for recovery.
\n
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to discuss cases, share expertise, and engage in ongoing professional development.
\n
• Documenting client progress and maintaining accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
\n
• Staying current with developments in mental health best practices and methodologies to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adolescents and young adults who are navigating a variety of mental health challenges. Many of our clients come to us seeking support for depression, anxiety, trauma-related issues, and substance use. Your ability to build strong therapeutic relationships will be crucial in facilitating their healing journey and promoting resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
\n
• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
\n
• Availability to commit to working between 12 and 40 hours per week, depending on whether you prefer a contract (1099) or W2 employment status.
\n
• Ability to effectively communicate and connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with the following experience will be viewed favorably:

• Experience working with adolescents and young adults in a mental health or counseling setting.

• Utilization of telehealth platforms for counseling sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer:
