Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions while assessing new client histories and determining appropriate treatment paths in collaboration with clients and other mental health professionals.

• Consult regularly with the Clinical Director to develop and facilitate effective program activities that promote optimal therapeutic experiences.

• Participate actively in clinical operations as a member of the credentialing committee, ensuring that all counseling practices align with organizational standards and regulations.

• Engage in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to collaborate with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff on comprehensive patient care strategies.
\n
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each patient, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress and document findings in approved platforms to ensure meticulous record-keeping and effective treatment adjustments.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of various interventions and improve care strategies based on client feedback.

• Complete additional responsibilities as assigned to support the overall success of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your expertise will primarily focus on serving children and families, particularly those experiencing developmental differences. You will engage with clients from diverse backgrounds, employing empathy and clinical skills to understand and address unique challenges while fostering an inclusive environment.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field.

• Active licensure as an LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working with children or families facing developmental differences.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this full-time position is USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
