Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the psychological, emotional, and social factors affecting patients’ mental health.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments, utilizing evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to help patients better understand their conditions and foster community support.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care for mental health patients.

• Provide crisis intervention services during emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate assistance and follow-up care.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health disorders, coping strategies, and available resources both within and outside the organization.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical guidelines.

• Engage in active participation in team meetings, case consultations, and continued education for professional development.

• Stay informed on current trends and research in the mental health field to enhance your clinical practice and improve patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role caters to a diverse patient population, including individuals, couples, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Washington State.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated experience in conducting mental health assessments and developing effective treatment plans.

• Ability to deliver both individual and group therapy, with a focus on culturally competent care.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential for effective collaboration and patient education.

• Uphold professional ethics and maintain appropriate boundaries with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant software applications.

• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team while also being self-motivated in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience as a practicing mental health counselor or therapist is required. Experience in an outpatient setting and familiarity with telehealth practices are highly beneficial.
