This role is primarily remote, allowing our therapists the flexibility to conduct sessions from their home office while utilizing secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs, developing personalized treatment plans based on individual strengths and challenges.

• Provide one-on-one, group, and family therapy utilizing various evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and solution-focused strategies.

• Collaborate effectively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to create seamless and holistic care pathways for clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with compassion and expertise, providing immediate support and intervention for clients experiencing psychological distress.

• Engage in community outreach efforts, leading workshops and educational sessions to promote mental health literacy and lessen societal stigma surrounding mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a wide-ranging client base that includes individuals from diverse cultural, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clinic caters to a variety of mental health concerns, such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Your work will contribute directly to improved mental health outcomes and the general well-being of individuals and families facing these challenges.

Qualifications\n

• Possess an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• Hold a master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.

• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop therapeutic relationships that are built on trust and respect.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
