Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for patients, considering both psychiatric and underlying medical conditions impacting their mental wellbeing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will specifically focus on serving individuals with complex mental health needs compounded by chronic medical issues. You will play a critical role in supporting patients facing unique challenges resulting from their co-occurring conditions, enhancing both their mental and physical health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Licensure: A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist in the state of Washington.

• Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to maintain professional boundaries, and commitment to ethical practice while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with electronic health record systems and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience in providing mental health services to individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is preferred, along with a proven track record of developing effective treatment plans. Compensation and Benefits\n
