Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' mental health to identify their needs, risks, and treatment goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couple's therapy, and family therapy focused on improving mental health outcomes.

• Lead psychoeducational groups to provide community support and enhance patient understanding of mental health issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's treatment journey are considered and addressed.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health episodes.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options while connecting them to community resources that can aid in their recovery.

• Maintain comprehensive, confidential records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic methodologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
