Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand each client's mental health concerns and develop tailored clinical diagnoses and treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), ensuring that interventions align with clients’ individual goals and preferences.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients facing urgent mental health situations, connecting them to the necessary resources and follow-up care.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate proactively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals, to deliver holistic care for each client.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources while advocating for their rights and needs.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and conferences to stay updated with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
