Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments through encrypted video calls to gather comprehensive client histories and establish appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, marriage, and group therapy sessions, employing therapeutic techniques that align with clients' personal and mental health goals.

• Utilize digital tools to perform mental health screenings, effectively gathering data to assess treatment requirements and support areas.

• Engage with clients to understand their circumstances and preferences, adjusting treatment strategies to suit evolving needs.

• Develop, implement, and routinely evaluate personalized treatment plans, ensuring that interventions remain relevant and effective throughout the therapeutic process.

• Regularly meet with clients for follow-up therapy sessions, modifying treatment plans based on progress and feedback.

• Participate in team meetings, contributing to practice enhancements and fulfilling additional administrative responsibilities as assigned.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will interact with a diverse array of clients, including both adults and children, who are facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Clinical Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Must possess a current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a mental health counseling setting, particularly with individuals dealing with mental and behavioral health issues.

• Experience in individual therapy, group therapy, and familiarity with substance abuse treatment will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
