Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with various mental health needs, including addressing issues related to chronic pain.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group counseling sessions that foster growth, empowerment, and healing.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients include a diverse range of individuals, families, and couples of all ages. Your role will involve assisting clients in navigating their feelings, developing coping skills, and working towards setting and achieving realistic wellness goals.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Active, unrestricted license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Washington.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of three years of direct experience in mental health counseling is required, candidates with four or more years will be prioritized. Experience in providing therapy remotely and familiarity with telehealth technologies is also beneficial, as is previous work in interdisciplinary settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
