Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to identify mental health concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and create comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises, ensuring their safety and stabilizing their emotional state.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in accordance with HIPAA and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated services that enhance client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs throughout the treatment process.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by participating in training, workshops, and conferences to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

You will work with a broad and diverse patient population, including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and socioeconomic statuses. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
