Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to thoroughly evaluate patients' histories and tailor individualized treatment strategies.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to support client healing.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, encouraging patients to process their experiences, develop coping strategies, and promote healing.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive care and integrated treatment for each patient.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, demonstrating immediate action and care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, from an accredited institution.
