Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct personalized therapy sessions, including individual, family, and group therapy, ensuring a supportive environment for all clients across various age groups.

• Thoroughly assess new client histories and collaborate with patients to determine appropriate treatment options, maintaining open channels for communication with fellow mental health professionals.

• Develop and facilitate engaging program activities, consulting with the Clinical Director to enhance the therapeutic experience for all patients.
\n
• Actively participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings to foster collaboration with psychiatric providers and other clinical staff, contributing to holistic patient care.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs and goals of each patient.
\n
• Conduct and meticulously document ongoing assessments of patient progress using our approved telehealth platforms, ensuring compliance with best practices in mental health documentation.

• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, incorporating client feedback to continuously refine and improve care delivery.

• Complete additional duties as assigned to promote overall team effectiveness and patient care excellence.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of clients, providing support to individuals from various backgrounds and with varied mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families facing developmental differences and specific therapeutic needs. Your expertise will play a pivotal role in helping clients navigate their personal challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, with current licensure in Washington State (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working directly with children or families, especially those with developmental differences.

• Skills: Proficiency in empirically supported psychotherapy approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, social constructionism, and narrative therapy.

• A demonstrated commitment to exceptional patient care and a willingness to incorporate client feedback into your practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in remote therapy settings or familiarity with telehealth platforms will be preferred. A background in crisis intervention and an understanding of contemporary mental health issues will further enhance your application.
