Key Responsibilities\n

• Build trusting relationships with patients through empathetic engagement and effective communication.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to identify client goals, needs, and treatment requirements.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect the unique circumstances and objectives of each client, utilizing evidence-based approaches.

• Provide consistent and structured therapy sessions, regularly reviewing and adjusting treatment plans to meet evolving patient needs.

• Facilitate referrals to external specialists and agencies to ensure comprehensive care for clients as needed.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of therapy sessions, treatment progress, and patient interactions in compliance with ethical guidelines.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• Experience of 2-3 years in providing mental health counseling and integration services, demonstrating competency in diverse therapeutic approaches.

• Strong ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical treatment standards.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with proven capacity for establishing rapport with a diverse patient demographic.

Compensation and Benefits\n
