Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate individualized treatment plans for clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a vital member of the RCC team, you will work with a diverse clientele reflecting Seattle’s rich cultural tapestry. Your role will involve helping individuals across various demographics, including families, adolescents, and adults, navigate mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Active State of Washington Licensure as either a LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC.

• A proven commitment to scheduling a minimum of 33 patient hours per week to accommodate client needs and ensure productive caseload management.

• Proficiency in utilizing digital tools, including digital alliance scales, for tracking and enhancing session effectiveness.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a setting focused on behavioral health.
