Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Rocky Meadow Counseling, you will:

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to determine the needs and challenges of each client.

• Develop and implement personalized care plans, modifying them as necessary to adapt to changes in patient status.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care and create effective discharge plans.

• Educate patients about available community resources and facilitate referrals to enhance their well-being.

• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, and adhere strictly to the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Manage and prioritize daily tasks to attend to new, current, and discharging patients effectively.

• Provide crisis intervention and bereavement support as needed, helping patients navigate challenging emotional landscapes.

• Advocate for patients and their families, ensuring they receive the necessary services and support throughout their treatment journey.

• Engage with outside agencies and care teams to identify and resolve any barriers affecting patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will primarily focus on adults experiencing a diverse range of mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Working with a variety of clients from different backgrounds, you will utilize your experience to tailor your therapeutic approach to meet individual needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

Rocky Meadow Counseling offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
