Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, establishing clinical diagnoses and developing personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions using a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Provide expert crisis intervention support for clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring they receive immediate and appropriate assistance.

• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure holistic care for all clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health matters, treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their needs and empowering them in their recovery journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with our team, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
