Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, employing psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews to understand each client's unique challenges.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards, ensuring that progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries are up-to-date.

• Empower clients by providing psychoeducation and resources, equipping them with the necessary skills to effectively manage their mental health.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team—comprised of psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, and case managers—to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes and make necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on the evaluations.

• Stay informed on the latest research and methodologies, integrating new insights into clinical practice to enhance patient care.

Qualifications\n
