Work Environment\n

Our telehealth model allows you to work remotely, providing flexibility while still contributing to a collaborative team atmosphere. You will engage in weekly video consultations with team members to discuss patient cases and share insights. Our work hours are primarily from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient scheduling needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify patients' needs effectively.

• Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based methodologies tailored to individual patient goals.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to deliver high-quality care to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support groups that foster community and address prevalent mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services to patients facing mental health emergencies, utilizing sound judgment and clinical expertise.

• Educate patients on their mental health conditions and available treatment options, promoting self-management and recovery.

• Ensure accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and professional ethical standards.

• Engage in continuous learning and development through participation in case consultations and team meetings.

• Stay abreast of the latest research in the field of mental health to enhance therapeutic practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including adolescents and adults from various backgrounds. Our patients often seek support for conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, relationship issues, and substance use disorders. Your role will be crucial in empowering individuals and families to navigate their mental health journeys with dignity and respect.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• Strong knowledge of mental health disorders and therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to conduct effective assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to varied populations, including at-risk communities.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.

• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems to manage patient information effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
