This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while maintaining a professional atmosphere. Our virtual setting empowers our mental health practitioners to provide care via telehealth, making it easier for both therapists and clients to connect without geographical barriers. Regular business hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, promote a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions.

• Implement therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards such as HIPAA.

• Collaborate effectively with a multi-disciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals, participating in weekly case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance our care quality.

• Offer education and support to patients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay informed about the latest research advancements in mental health to refine and integrate new strategies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on a diverse clientele navigating various mental health challenges, including those related to anxiety, trauma experiences, and mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, personalizing your approach to meet each client's specific needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
