Key Responsibilities\n

You will be providing services primarily to stable, low-acuity adults seeking assistance with an array of mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• A current, state-issued license in mental health counseling that enables you to practice independently. (No limited or provisional licenses, and a clean disciplinary record is required.)

• Strong interpersonal skills coupled with a compassionate demeanor, essential for effective client engagement.

• Proficient computer and technology skills, including access to a reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities for virtual sessions.

• Maintaining a dependable internet connection to support uninterrupted sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, dependent on your working hours and experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus, as well as a streamlined payroll process with weekly direct deposits.
