Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health issues and emotional needs, utilizing evidenced-based tools and methodologies.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness practices.

• Provide ongoing therapeutic services, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting your approach based on client feedback and progress.

• Regularly monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring continuous improvement in clients' mental health outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention and stabilization when clients are in acute distress, thereby promoting a safe therapeutic environment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records, in line with ethical, legal, and professional standards, employing secure electronic health record systems.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care and treatment efficacy.
