Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health concerns, formulating accurate clinical diagnoses and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises or emergencies.
\n
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, adhering to all ethical and legal standards.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to client care.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, available treatment options, and community resources, advocating for their rights and needs as necessary.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, remaining current with best practices, methodologies, and therapeutic techniques in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist in one of the following categories: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.
\n
• Demonstrated strong clinical assessment and diagnostic abilities.
\n
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills necessary for building strong therapeutic relationships.

• A commitment to upholding the highest ethical and professional standards in all client interactions.

• Ability to work independently with self-motivation, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but we also welcome applications from entry-level candidates.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from $85,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on your experience and qualifications.
