Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting thorough client assessments to evaluate mental health concerns, develop clinical diagnoses, and create customized treatment plans that address individual client goals.

• Offering individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) tailored to meet clients' specific needs.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention support for clients dealing with acute mental health emergencies, employing techniques to stabilize and navigate them through their crises.

• Maintaining precise and confidential client records, including treatment plans and progress notes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to coordinate care plans that provide comprehensive support to clients.

• Educating clients and their families about mental health topics, treatment options, and resources available, acting as a strong advocate for the client's rights and needs.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Hidden Paradise Counseling Services, you will work with a diverse client population facing a range of mental health challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
