Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments for individuals, couples, and families to identify unique treatment needs and develop personalized therapy plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing various approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual client requirements.

• Organize and facilitate psychoeducational and support groups that address prevalent mental health issues, fostering a sense of community and understanding among participants.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other interdisciplinary team members to create cohesive and holistic patient care strategies.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention services, providing support and guidance during mental health emergencies.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, discuss treatment options comprehensively, and provide referrals to community resources as needed.

• Maintain complete and confidential documentation of each client's progress and treatment in alignment with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development workshops to enhance skills and maintain knowledge of best practices.

• Stay updated on advancements in mental health therapy through continuing education and professional literature.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington is required.

• Extensive knowledge of mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Experience in conducting assessments and devising effective treatment strategies.

• Proven skills in delivering both individual and group therapy, grounded in a solid understanding of best practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary range for this position is between $80,000 and $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
