Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate the individual needs of patients, facilitating the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, during individual, couple, or family therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups, providing clients with vital information on mental health topics, coping strategies, and fostering a sense of community.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary team members, ensuring coordinated care and comprehensive support for patients, particularly in those with complex needs.

• Offer crisis intervention services, responding promptly to mental health emergencies to ensure patient safety and stability.

• Educate patients on mental health conditions, various therapeutic options, and available community resources, empowering them with knowledge for their recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential patient records, complying with all legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse clientele, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance use issues. Our approach prioritizes inclusivity and cultural sensitivity, allowing us to effectively support clients from various backgrounds while addressing their specific needs comprehensively.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is essential.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• Robust knowledge of mental health disorders and proven expertise in evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Ability to conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans that are tailored to diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
