Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing clinical skills to understand their complexities and diagnose mental health issues accurately.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline.

• A minimum of two years’ experience in a clinical setting, working with a diverse array of client backgrounds.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience.
