Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, utilizing standardized tools and methodologies, to identify mental health challenges and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver engaging and empathetic therapy sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group counseling, tailored to the unique needs and circumstances of clients.

• Perform ongoing mental health screenings to monitor progress and address changes in client conditions effectively.

• Collaborate with clients to set realistic goals, regularly evaluating and adjusting treatment plans in response to client feedback and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse patient population that may include individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and co-occurring disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• Current, active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
