Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in one-on-one counseling sessions via secure video conferencing, addressing the emotional and psychological challenges faced by adults.

• Carefully evaluate and screen clients to ensure a good fit, working only with stable individuals labeled as low acuity.

• Guide clients through discussions about their thoughts and feelings while fostering an atmosphere of trust and open communication.

• Assess and diagnose a range of mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, grief, and stress-related challenges.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and your professional expertise.

• Monitor the progress of clients and adjust treatment strategies as needed to promote their mental health and coping skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with adult clients who are seeking support for various emotional and mental health challenges. Our client base is screened to ensure that therapists deal with individuals whose concerns are capable of being managed effectively through teletherapy. The focus on low acuity cases enables you to apply your expertise in a manner that can lead to substantial improvements in clients’ mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of a valid, independent license in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW; no provisional licenses or disciplinary actions will be considered.

• Strong computer literacy and comfort with telehealth technology.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary structure with annual earnings between USD 90,000 and 100,000, depending on experience and hours worked.
