Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health issues, formulate clinical diagnoses based on DSM-5 criteria, and develop personalized treatment plans that are actionable and measurable.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities tailored to each client’s unique needs, encompassing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Facilitate crisis intervention sessions for clients facing acute mental health emergencies, employing de-escalation techniques to ensure safety and support.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists, primary care physicians, and social workers, to provide holistic care that meets all aspects of a client's well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment options, and community resources, while advocating for their rights and needs within the healthcare system.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and seminars that keep you updated on best practices and innovative therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our services target a widely diverse patient population, encompassing individuals across various age groups and backgrounds, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and life transitions. The role requires a therapist who can understand and respect varied cultural perspectives on mental health while providing effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Mental Health Therapist, including LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or a related field is required.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic capabilities, with an evidence-based approach to therapy.

• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience providing mental health care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $85,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and skill set.
