Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly supervision sessions for practicum students, providing them with guidance, feedback, and support as they work toward their clinical licensure and Master’s degrees.

• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapeutic approaches to best meet their unique needs and challenges.

• Collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals and community resources to develop comprehensive treatment plans, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client records and session notes, using our electronic health record system to facilitate efficient and compliant record-keeping.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed about current research, best practices, and innovations in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including adults, adolescents, and families, who may be facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your therapeutic approach will contribute to their personal growth and improved mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a PsyD is required.

• A valid state license as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW).

• Professional liability insurance must be maintained as part of your practice.
\n
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with telehealth practices and familiarity with electronic health records will be advantageous, as will previous supervisory experience or mentorship roles in clinical settings. A background in community outreach and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams will further enrich your contributions to our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
