Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify clients' emotional and psychological concerns. Formulate clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, ensuring that each session is designed to meet specific therapeutic goals.

• Deliver crisis intervention and support services to clients facing acute mental health challenges or emergencies, applying appropriate therapeutic techniques to stabilize the situation.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, in adherence to ethical and legal standards pertaining to mental health practice.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to coordinate holistic care strategies for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on pertinent mental health issues, treatment options, and local resources available to support their journey, advocating for their needs when necessary.

• Engage in professional development by attending workshops and ongoing training to stay abreast of the latest best practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW) in Washington State.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field.

• Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills, with the ability to formulate effective treatment strategies.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health counseling role.

• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

• Capacity to work independently while also being a proactive and collaborative team member.

• Commitment to ethical practice and professional standards in all interactions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in an outpatient mental health setting is desirable, though motivated entry-level candidates may be considered.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this role ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
