Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, behavioral therapy, and psychotherapy.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting approaches as necessary.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide a comprehensive approach to client care.

• Offer immediate support to families facing acute crises, helping to stabilize situations and guide families through conflicts with effective intervention strategies.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress in compliance with legal and ethical standards while ensuring confidentiality and data protection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our counselors primarily work with children, adolescents, and families who face a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• Possession of an active state license in Washington as a LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC.

Compensation and Benefits\n
