Key Responsibilities\n

• Consult with clients and collaborate with case managers, internal teams, and external providers to coordinate comprehensive care tailored to each client's needs.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical and administrative records in accordance with RAMS policies and clinical standards, using electronic health record systems.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency counseling to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring conditionality that supports their immediate needs.

• Engage in case conferences and clinical team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to the collective knowledge of the team.

• Participate in both individual and group supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills and receive constructive feedback on case management.

• Assist clients in assessing their work readiness and learning needs, including administering appropriate psychological tests based on referral information.

• Prepare detailed psychological assessment reports, providing vocational and therapeutic recommendations that align with the client’s understanding and personal goals.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate clients for suitability for various counseling options and referrals.

• Deliver culturally competent mental health and substance abuse counseling to individuals and groups, coupled with effective case management strategies.

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing a diverse array of mental health issues, from Major Depressive Disorder (MDD) and Anxiety Disorders to PTSD and complex trauma-related conditions. Qualifications\n
