Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain a comprehensive understanding of clients' mental health needs, strengths, challenges, and objectives.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to each client’s unique situation.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions designed to address a range of issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, interpersonal relationships, and major life transitions.

• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes, ensuring adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to promote professional development and continuous improvement in therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Inspiration Point, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will encounter patients presenting a variety of mental health concerns and will tailor your approach to respect and understand their cultural backgrounds and individual experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and active licensure as LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience providing therapy within a mental health or behavioral health framework.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a capacity for both independent and collaborative work in a multidisciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n
