This role is uniquely positioned within a fully remote work environment, allowing you to fulfill your duties as a mental health counselor without the need to commute. Our advanced telehealth platform enables seamless video consultations, making it easy for therapists to connect with clients and provide therapy. Our administrative team manages all inflows of paperwork and client scheduling, allowing you to dedicate more time to direct client interaction.

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms while maintaining professional ethical standards.

• Utilize a variety of solution-focused therapeutic approaches tailored to each client's unique background and mental health needs.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that respect their autonomy and address their specific goals for mental wellness.

• Facilitate clients’ self-exploration by helping them clarify their feelings and thoughts, ultimately enabling them to achieve greater insight into their mental health journey.

• Regularly monitor clients’ progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary while providing support in developing healthy coping mechanisms.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base primarily consists of stable, low-acuity adults who present with a range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently in one of the following disciplines: LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW.
\n
• No prior disciplinary actions on your professional record.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with the ability to be empathetic and compassionate towards clients.

• Strong computer literacy and proficiency in utilizing technology for telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

While we require at least 2 years of professional experience, we value diverse backgrounds. Therapists with prior experience in outpatient settings, particularly those that are remote, will find themselves well-adapted to our work culture.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked, providing a competitive salary in the mental health field. Additionally, we offer a generous sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and for our full-time counselors, a monthly healthcare stipend. We understand that our therapists are our greatest asset, and we strive to reflect that through our compensation structure.
