Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, carefully evaluating the influence of co-existing medical conditions on patients’ psychological health.

• Develop and execute integrated treatment plans that not only target psychiatric issues but also address medical considerations.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each patient's unique situation.

• Collaborate closely with medical professionals to ensure coordinated care and optimal treatment outcomes for our patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and immediate support during mental health emergencies as they arise.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with all relevant legal and ethical standards to ensure the highest quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Radiance Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals facing challenges associated with chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use issues. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure in Washington State as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT.

• Proven ability to address the mental health needs of patients with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Experience in delivering integrated care and collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary medical teams.
