Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality therapy sessions to individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based techniques.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments that include mental health evaluations and risk assessments, leading to the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Engage in regular collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness providers, to coordinate comprehensive client care.

• Document client interactions and therapeutic progress in our secure electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring that records are updated in a timely manner.

• Participate in ongoing professional development to remain informed about the latest research and practices in mental health care, contributing to team meetings and case reviews.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active licensure in Washington State as an LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, or an equivalent credential.
