Work Environment\n

This position offers a unique remote work setting that allows you to provide care from the comfort of your home while maintaining flexible hours. We operate Monday through Saturday, and you will have the opportunity to create and manage your own schedule within a range of five to forty client sessions per week. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for individuals, families, and groups, identifying strengths and areas for intervention.

• Develop and execute tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other client-focused interventions.

• Collaborate with colleagues and external community resources to ensure integrated care for clients, engaging in interdisciplinary meetings and patient rounds.

• Maintain timely and thorough documentation of client assessments, treatment progress, and care plans, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards.

• Provide case management and ongoing support for assigned clients, connecting them with necessary resources and programs within the community.

• Utilize clinical supervision to continually enhance your practice and stay current with best practices in mental health care delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health counselor at Oakridge, you will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals of all ages facing various psychological and emotional challenges. Your practice will focus on delivering compassionate, individualized care to clients seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, family conflict, and more. You will be responsible for fostering a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to achieve their personal goals and improve their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a mental health counselor (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in the state of Washington.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in outpatient mental health settings.
\n
• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.

• Strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, and a commitment to client-centered care.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Additional training or certification in specialized therapies or patient populations.

• Familiarity with insurance processes and client-focused case management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
