Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, enabling you to connect with clients and colleagues from your location. We operate during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life integration. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, crafting individualized treatment plans that integrate evidence-based practices and tailored interventions.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to address the unique challenges faced by clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, ensuring the integrity and security of client information.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, comprising psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow mental health professionals, through regular case consultations and peer review meetings to optimize client care.

• Provide education and resources to patients and families, empowering them with knowledge about mental health conditions and treatments, as well as community resources available for additional support.

• Stay informed of the latest research and best practices in the field of mental health, integrating new methodologies into your practice to enhance client outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active license to practice as one of the following: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) within Washington State.

• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-based psychotherapy interventions, tailoring approaches to meet the individual needs of clients.

• $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
