Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, thoroughly assessing new client histories to inform individualized treatment options.

• Consult with the Clinical Director on program development and the facilitation of therapeutic activities that enhance the client experience.

• Document patient interactions and progress using approved digital platforms, ensuring comprehensive records for each client.
\n
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team which can include psychiatric providers and other mental health experts, sharing insights to maximize client care effectiveness.

• Engage in both routine and ad-hoc team meetings, actively contributing ideas and updates on treatment strategies.
\n
• Create detailed, individualized treatment plans based on the unique needs and situations of each patient.
\n
• Evaluate and document the effectiveness of various therapeutic interventions, ensuring a responsive approach to client feedback.

• Assume additional responsibilities as delegated by the Clinical Director.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on clients from diverse backgrounds, including children and families facing developmental challenges. Our therapists are equipped to provide therapeutic services across a wide age range, ensuring that the unique needs of every client are met with empathetic understanding and professional expertise. You'll be instrumental in providing necessary behavioral interventions that address significant mental health needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, Behavioral Health, or a related field, along with active licensure as LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• Two or more years of experience working within mental health settings, particularly with children or families encountering developmental differences.

• Proficiency in a variety of well-supported psychotherapy modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, and others.

• A strong commitment to client-centered care, coupled with a willingness to utilize patient feedback in therapeutic practices.
