Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, areas of concern, and specific goals that drive their therapeutic journey.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based strategies tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Facilitate ongoing therapy sessions addressing a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and life transitions to empower clients on their recovery path.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide seamless, holistic care for clients.

• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation in line with ethical standards and legal regulations, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Participate in regular supervision and team meetings for professional growth and knowledge sharing, aiming to stay abreast of evolving best practices in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling Psychology, Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active State Licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting, demonstrating a track record of successful therapeutic outcomes.

• Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions that align with best practice standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this role is competitive, between $100,000 and $105,000 annually, offering a strong foundation for financial stability.
