Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status, utilizing validated instruments and clinical interviews to gather comprehensive data.

• Create individualized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting measurable goals that align with their therapeutic objectives and preferences.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing a repertoire of therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based practices.

• Guide clients through the exploration of coping strategies, helping them to develop effective skills for symptom management and emotional regulation.

• Keep detailed and confidential records of client interactions and treatment effectiveness in accordance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through supervision, case consultations, and training to refine clinical skills and stay updated with the latest research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client base with a range of mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Our clients come from various demographic backgrounds, providing an opportunity for you to apply culturally competent practices and build individualized relationships that foster healing and trust.

Qualifications\n

To excel in this position, you must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license to practice as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington, specifically one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW). Note that limited or provisional licenses are not accepted.

• Proven ability to make informed evaluations and recommendations for treatment planning and implementation based on best practices.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills paired with a compassionate disposition that fosters a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Moderate to advanced proficiency with computer applications, electronic health record systems, and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with prior experience in an outpatient setting, particularly involving telehealth services or specialized populations (such as children, adolescents, or the elderly) will have a competitive advantage. Familiarity with evidence-based therapies and innovative treatment methodologies is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n
