Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct structured one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients to assess and improve their mental health status.

• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, leading to increased self-awareness and personal growth.

• Act as an advocate for clients, supporting them in defining and achieving their personal therapy goals.

• Utilize a solution-focused approach to assess clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

• Document sessions thoroughly and maintain accurate client records in accordance with best practices and HIPAA regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a valid independent license, such as:

• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked.
