Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Wellness Assured, your role will encompass a variety of responsibilities designed to meet the unique needs of each client:

• Conduct thorough diagnostic assessments to accurately identify psychological disorders using evidence-based assessment tools.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, setting achievable therapeutic goals to enhance their mental health and well-being.

• Utilize diverse psychotherapy modalities to deliver effective treatment for a range of conditions, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), ADHD, anxiety disorders, PTSD, and trauma-related issues.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust therapeutic interventions based on client progress, integrating new therapeutic techniques and insights gained from ongoing professional learning.

• Create a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere to foster open communication, allowing clients to share their thoughts and experiences freely.

• Maintain comprehensive and timely clinical documentation including initial evaluations, progress notes, and treatment updates, adhering to all confidentiality requirements and ethical standards.

• Provide clients with necessary resources and referrals to ensure they have the support needed to achieve personal goals.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when appropriate to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.

• Current licensure as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) as required by state regulations.

Compensation and Benefits\n
