In this full-time role, you will provide critical mental health support via telehealth, focusing on the unique challenges faced by our clients. Our ideal candidate is licensed as either a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and is passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of others.

As a remote position, this role allows for flexibility while working within a structured framework that promotes consistency and collaboration among team members. You will participate in regular virtual meetings and case conferences, utilizing digital platforms to connect with colleagues and clients effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and appropriate treatment plans.

• Delivering individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth to adolescents and adults experiencing mental health challenges.

• Providing psychoeducation on perinatal mental health and connecting clients to community-based resources for additional support.
\n
• Participating in team meetings, case conferences, and training sessions to ensure a highly coordinated approach to client care.
\n
• Maintaining professional documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress compliant with healthcare regulations.
\n
• Connecting with local agencies and civic organizations to assist clients with their social service needs and to foster community collaboration.
\n
• Building and maintaining relationships with referral sources, including hospitals and outpatient programs to promote intake referrals.
\n
• Collaborating with volunteers and interns to enhance the overall client experience and facilitate community engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, family conflicts, and adjustment issues, as well as specific perinatal mental health needs. Your role will be critical in creating safe spaces for clients to explore their feelings and develop coping mechanisms that are integral to their mental health recovery. Your expertise will directly contribute to improving client outcomes, enhancing their quality of life and overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Current licensure as a LMFT, LPC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• Authorization to work legally in the United States.
\n
• Verification of no history of Medical Malpractice Claims through a Third Party.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with experience in telehealth practices or those who have worked with perinatal clients will find their skills particularly beneficial in this role. Familiarity with community resources and experience in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams can enhance your ability to support clients effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
