Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and formulate treatment plans that address each client's unique mental health needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention planning, including developing pre-crisis strategies, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans, tailored to mitigate client distress.

• Ensure timely completion of all required documentation and maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to inform clinical decision-making and treatment modifications.
\n
• Serve as an active participant in multidisciplinary team meetings, contributing to collaborative care strategies and enhancements to current programs.

• Build and maintain relationships with local and state agencies, community partners, and other stakeholders to navigate resources for client services.
\n
• Promote open communication with team members and clients, encouraging a cohesive approach to achieving organizational missions and contract standards.

• Engage in continued professional development by attending conferences, and relevant training sessions to expand personal and professional expertise.

• Integrate the values and mission of Together Counseling Services in all aspects of practice.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support overall clinic operations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who may present with various mental health challenges, from severe emotional distress to ongoing struggles with substance use. Our clients often include vulnerable populations requiring specialized care and support, making your role essential in facilitating their journeys toward healing and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• An independent LMHC license valid in the state of Washington is mandatory.
